That is normal after a login from a new device or IP. Complete the prompt, then add your own phone and email in Accounts Center. If an account cannot be logged in at all on first use, contact our support with your order ID.

There is no editable country field. Location is inferred from IP, phone number and device settings, and it changes slowly as you use the account somewhere new. Sudden jumps between countries can trigger security checks, so buying an account with the right country history is usually simpler.

Open Settings > Accounts Center > Password and security, change the password, replace the recovery email and phone, turn on two-factor authentication and remove unknown sessions. Then build activity gradually.

Accounts that fail on first login are replaced when reported promptly, as set out in our refund policy. Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
